How I Make Procurement Decisions
最低报价，不一定是最低成本。
The lowest quotation is not necessarily the lowest-cost option.
当产品规格相近、报价差距在约 5% 以内时，我会进一步比较交期、付款条件、质量稳定性、总成本和交付风险。
When specs are similar and quotes are within about 5%, I compare lead time, payment terms, quality stability, total cost and delivery risk.
Procurement decisions shape the whole downstream.
产品从浙江工厂到欧洲客户，下游执行中的关键环节由我负责。
From a factory in Zhejiang to a customer in Europe, I was responsible for the key steps of the downstream execution.
主动走访 7–8 家工厂，综合比较后选定 2 家核心供应商。不只比较价格，也会综合考虑交期、付款条件和质量。
Visited 7–8 factories, compared them and settled on 2 core suppliers — weighing price alongside lead time, payment terms and quality.
样品确认后留样作为后续生产的质量参照。批量生产时，对照样品检查关键参数，例如铝材厚度、面料克重和整体重量。
Sample confirmed, then retained as the quality reference. In production, key specs are checked against it: frame thickness, fabric weight and overall weight.
